Fighting Food Waste and Insecurity

Founded in 2023 by Lucas Choe, Feed the People is a 501(3)(c) non-profit organization whose mission is to combat food waste and hunger in NYC. We're driven by sustainability and social responsibility, connecting surplus food with those facing hunger and homelessness.

Our purpose is clear: reduce waste and fight hunger. Through partnerships with local restaurants, businesses, and food pantries, we gather surplus food and vital resources, ensuring they reach those in need. We're powered by compassion, advocacy, and collaboration, making lasting change and a fairer society our goal.
